Mother and child

Lakhshana - catalyst for transformation - is IDCS-India's newsletter for parents and carers of deaf children. The first issue contained an inspirational story written by the mother of deaf young woman and an informative article about communication choices.

The second issue is on the theme of importance of parenal involvement in the development of deaf children.
