Paper synopsis
In October 2006, IDCS staff member, Marc Faux visited Mexico to monitor the progress of three projects funded through the IDCS Small Grants Programme. The visit was also an opportunity to find out more more about the context in which the projects were operating and other organisations working with deaf children and their families in and around Mexico City.

This report gives an overview of relevant government policy and services as well as the activities of some of local NGOs working with deaf children.
