- In March 2006, IDCS’ staff member, Kirsty Wilson visited Cameroon to monitor the progress of a project funded through the IDCS Small Grants Programme and to find out more about the context in which the project was operating.

This report gives an overview of relevant government policy and services as well as the activities of some of local and international NGOs working with deaf children.
