Learning from experience

We want to publish your experiences of working with deaf children in developing countries and help everyone working with deaf children to learn from each other.

This part of the website belongs to you - everyone can contribute. Please browse what others have written and contribute to the debate by adding your comments. If you would like to write an article, case study or real lives story, then please e-mail us at info@deafchildworldwide.org.

Our Network

In the resource library, we publish more in-depth articles on work with deaf children and their families in developing countries. Articles cover a wide range of issues - from country profiles on services for deaf children in specific countries to articles addressing inclusion, education, Sign Language development, and HIV/AIDS.

Project Case Studies

Members of our Network have submitted articles describing their experiences on specific projects and we have published them here so everyone can learn from their experiences. You can post your comments on each of these case studies to contribute to the discussion or submit a case study of your own. We look forward to hearing from you!
