Going from strength to strength
Last Christmas we told you about a group of young deaf people in Kazakhstan, who were researching the needs of their peers as part of a campaign for equal opportunities in education and employment. They are still campaigning and have made some really positive progress so far.
With support from IDCS, the group recently travelled to the capital of Kazakhstan to present their lobbying resolution to Parliament. This was an amazing achievement for the project and marks a first step to achieving their goals.
