The organisation input form requires a browser with Javascript enabled.
In Internet Explorer, choose "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu. Click on the "Security" tab
and click the "Custom Level" button. Within the pop-up, find the "Scripting - Active Scripting" option and
check the "Enable" circle.
