Strengthening local organisations
Deaf Child Worldwide works in partnership with local organisations which understand their communities and will be there to continue our work in the future.
We help all of our partners to meaningfully include parents in their work with deaf children and support them to promote the social model of disability and mainstream gender, sexual health and HIV/AIDS in their work.
We have long-term relationships with partners through our country programmes, and also run a Small Grants Programme which provides grants to local organisations for work with deaf children.

As we are committed to sharing our expertise and learning from our work, Deaf Child Worldwide hosts a Network of over 1,000 organisations with an interest in childhood deafness worldwide.
